I got 2 letters from my college's financial aid office. One was a disbursement for a direst unsubsidized loan and another for a direct subsided loan. What I don't understand is what it means? Do I get the money on those letters sent to me and I can spend it or it's random money I can't touch? I'm really confused and just need know step by step what it is and I can do with it
