Should I go on holiday with my friends or save the money?
No3vidence Asked: Should I go on holiday with my friends or save the money?
Me and my friends are 17/18 and, like all teenagers, want to go on a girly hot holiday together after exams in summer.
I am going away with my boyfriend in Febuary for 4 days, and on a school ski trip for a week in February, both of which are paid for. I have never been skiing before, and I think that it would be a valuable experience. My boyfriend is taking me away for my birthday a week before skiing.
So, should I go on holiday, in summer, with my girl friends? They all want to go to Magaluf and the holiday is 453 per person, self-catering. I really do want to go with them, but I know if it I'm going away too much, or if I should save the money. I feel 453 is a lot of money for self-catering and for a week…
I would save the money for going to a school in America (I currently live in the UK) and the course I want to do is expensive, and I'd be living in LA fo 6 months (which isn't cheap either) but to fund this, I was going to work full time from September 2012 – January 2013 and take a loan out for the school. I would probably not go on another holiday for a good few years as I'll be working/learning…
I have a Saturday job, so my income of money is nothing signficant.
So should I save the money and perhaps fall out with my friends, or go on the holiday for the experience??
Any suggestions or relevant annecdotes would be much appreciated!
Thank you.

There are a lot of Christmas Carols or music piped in at my store, spoiled by the page from the phones.
