I am 20 years old and I am a fulltime student/worker. I make about 1,700$ every month and I have decent credit. Basically I am trying to avoid buying a car from a dealer due to finance and the high insurance rate due to my age. Instead I would like to get a personal loan and pay off my car completely that way I can buy it from a private seller or even negotiate with a dealer and put my car under a relatives insurance that way it will be cheaper. I'm planning to pay off the loan from month to month basis for 24 months but I am not quite sure what would it be the right thing to do besides paying everything cash. Any advice?

I don't know what to do at this moment. I'm on academic probation and it is midterm, and currently I'm failing a class. I'm currently attending the Art Institutes(2yrs). I'm struggling with depression, my parents are struggling with keeping up on monthly interest on the parent plus load, grandparents house burnt down. It would be impossible for me to pass this failing class at this moment. I really don't know what to do. I really just want to walk away, take 2 years, get a job and pay off loans. Would it be possibly for me to drop out of school without receiving an automatic F.

Please give me some helpful options. Another question would be if I carried on and received the F, does that mean I cannot return to school or would I be put on suspension.

Until one day I got an email from a lady saying she wants to help me with a loan simple as that. Shes here in the USA. There is no upfront fees, she asked me how can i trust you that I will pay it back and she also asked for my paypal email address so she can transfer the money in there. Thats pretty much it. She didn't ask for any other information other than my paypal email address and how I will pay it back. Is there anyway anyone can scam me on this? Has it been done? I have heard of paypal scams through ebay,but what if someone wants to give me a loan?
