I loaned it to a mate and he broke it. My all time favorite CD. I've contacted the band and it's out of print. I've tried E-bay and no luck. If anyone knows of a spare copy I'd appreciate it. Cheers.

It would be more sooner?
Because after all it is a personal loan and all we are asking for is $6400.
We have a debt/loan already that is $500,000 that we are still repaying from the $850,000 we burrowed.
We have valuable assets as well.
Our house costs $1 million + but i don't think we mentioned that.

Gorex Asked: In need of a Car Loan?

I am 20 years old and I am a fulltime student/worker. I make about 1,700$ every month and I have decent credit. Basically I am trying to avoid buying a car from a dealer due to finance and the high insurance rate due to my age. Instead I would like to get a personal loan and pay off my car completely that way I can buy it from a private seller or even negotiate with a dealer and put my car under a relatives insurance that way it will be cheaper. I'm planning to pay off the loan from month to month basis for 24 months but I am not quite sure what would it be the right thing to do besides paying everything cash. Any advice?

roger Answered:
yourincome makes it difficult to qualify for a bank loan with a cosigner with a total income between you of 3 grand will help you get a loan. Personal loan cost more in interest. If you have been your paycheck on direct deposit and put 25 percent in savings everymonth and leave it alone banks love this. get a secured or none secured credit card and pay it off everymonth (carry no balance) all these things help credit.
buy private party cars you get much more car for the money because a dealer car typically 6 grand or less is a worn high mileage hunk of crap cleaned up to look now. I do a cold start test drive on cars I am interested in. ask the owner not to start it, show up early and drive it after sitting overnight. start it up cold and listen to the motor it should be quiet and smooth into a high idle with no bangs or knocks or smoke. If it runs drives and stops good cold you may havw a winner.Give it a good 40 minute to an hour test drive make sure everything works explain to the owner the longer you drive it the better chance you will buy. (very true)any used car should get up to 55 easily.
Private party cars for sale rhe owner who warms it up before you arrive likely is hiding a bad transmission. (takes 5 to 15 minutes to warm it up before car will move cold) be picky be patient and always take the car to your favorite mechanic for test drive.above all be patient dont buy because its looks good .vuy it because it runs good .carcomplaints.com can save you from a lemon. www.samarins.com has lots of information on good used or new cars.

By David Walker
12 February 2012

A rally in debt and credit after Europe’s Central Bank announced cheap finance for banks has helped the Real Estate Credit Investments fund’s positions gain 2.4% in January, but could not save it from a 3.2m net loss in 2011′s closing quarter.

The fund run by hedge fund manager Cheyne Capital said the recent fall in value came because of mark to market volatility in its universe during Europe’s debt crisis.

Fair values in its portfolio fell by an average 1.37% in October, 0.6% in November and 0.62% in December. However, they rebounded by 2.37% in January.

The loss for the last quarter came even though bond prices rose after the European Central Bank improved sentiment towards Europe’s banks announcing cheap three-year loans to them in a program called the long-term refinancing operation (LTRO).

RECI said its losses last quarter reflected “broader financial market concerns rather than a fundamental change in the perception of real estate credit risk relative to our assumptions. For example, principal repayments continue to outpace our assumptions with receipts of 1.7m in January 2012.

“The LTRO programme has, for the time being, reduced concerns around the liquidity of European banks and has indirectly provided a buyer of last resort for European sovereign debt. The resultant improved market sentiment has underpinned a strong rally in both credit and equity markets. This has allowed RECI to re-balance its portfolio towards more liquid names.”

RECI’s loss of 3.2m was about one third the size of the 9.3m loss it recorded for the quarter to 30 September.

RECI said the loss was smaller, thanks to its moving more defensive around June.

By 31 December the portfolio’s nominal value was 133.4m, compared to a market value of 77.1m.

“The company retains full confidence in the fundamental investment case of the real estate debt markets and in its ability to generate strong returns in the medium term,” the investment company said.

During the last quarter RECI bought 10.1m of bonds at an average price of 68 pence. The average effective yield of purchases during January was 12.14%.

By the end of that month RECI was diversified across 116 bonds. Collateral behind its holdings ranged from nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care, London property, Karstadt retail stores in Germany, and UK buy-to-let mortgages.

The largest portion (42%) of its assets was in securities rated BB and below, followed by A-rated (23%), AA (18%), and BBB (17%) .

RECI also bought back 2.8 million of its own preference shares in December.

Jeremy Asked: Failing a class with Academic Probation?

I don't know what to do at this moment. I'm on academic probation and it is midterm, and currently I'm failing a class. I'm currently attending the Art Institutes(2yrs). I'm struggling with depression, my parents are struggling with keeping up on monthly interest on the parent plus load, grandparents house burnt down. It would be impossible for me to pass this failing class at this moment. I really don't know what to do. I really just want to walk away, take 2 years, get a job and pay off loans. Would it be possibly for me to drop out of school without receiving an automatic F.

Please give me some helpful options. Another question would be if I carried on and received the F, does that mean I cannot return to school or would I be put on suspension.

Thanks for your time, any suggestions would be gladly appreciated.

nismorevolutionpnoy Asked: Is giving my paypal email to someone who’s trying to give me a loan a fraud?

I posted an ad on Craigslist on the finance category that I need help searching for a lender like a credit union that can finance me with a personal loan. I have bad credit so I'm limited on a lot of stuff. Anyways, the results were most 100 percent of them are scam responses. People who are trying to get my information. Until one day I got an email from a lady saying she wants to help me with a loan simple as that. Shes here in the USA. There is no upfront fees, she asked me how can i trust you that I will pay it back and she also asked for my paypal email address so she can transfer the money in there. Thats pretty much it. She didn't ask for any other information other than my paypal email address and how I will pay it back. Is there anyway anyone can scam me on this? Has it been done? I have heard of paypal scams through ebay, but what if someone wants to give me a loan?

If this person wants to give you a loan find out if you can try and meet them in person and/orfirst exchange cell phone numbers or some way of communication. Communication is key in this kind of situation.

But personally, I wouldn't go to a stranger you just met. Find friends or family thats willing to help you.

Nasif Akanda Answered:
I think the best way to get a loan is from friends or family. If this person wants to give you a loan find out if you can try and meet them in person and/orfirst exchange cell phone numbers or some way of communication.
But personally, I wouldn't go to a stranger you just met. Find friends or family thats willing to help you.
